Q1: Where can I find my download after purchase?
โ†’ After payment confirmation, your download will be available in your Dashboard > My Downloads section. Youโ€™ll also receive a link via email.

Q2: I didnโ€™t receive my download link. What should I do?
โ†’ Please check your spam/junk folder. If itโ€™s still missing after 10 minutes, contact support@rickdevelopment.com with your order number.

Q3: Can I redownload a purchased file later?
โ†’ Yes. All purchases are tied to your account and can be redownloaded anytime unless otherwise specified by license terms.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
โ†’ We accept all major cards, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, and bank transfers (where applicable).

Q5: Do you offer refunds?
โ†’ No. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Q6: I was charged twice. How do I fix this?
โ†’ Email us at billing@rickdevelopment.com with proof of both transactions. If confirmed, weโ€™ll issue a partial or full reversal.
